Williams 4th birthday

We were in Utah for William’s 4th birthday this year, so he got to celebrate there.

Kendal brought back some things from the Philippines, these fish being one of those things:

Lucas is playing baseball and McKinley is playing softball this summer. They both have games Monday and Wednesday, so we are at the park from about 5:00PM to 7:30PM. Makes dinner and FHE difficult (I guess we’ll just have a picnic dinner twice a week all month, and move FHE to a different night) but the kids enjoy it.

Teton Valley

Decided to go hiking to the Darby Wind Cave. Didn’t realize they’re would still be snow on the ground

Found a children’s museum in Jackson we decided to try out. It was pretty small and didn’t look like much from the outside, but it actually was really nice.

Mesa Falls

We decided to stop at Mesa Falls on the way home from Island Park. We had been here not too long ago but we ended up not staying long as it was raining and lots of mosquitoes. We always love seeing the waterfalls though, so we make it a habit to come here often.

Island Park / West Yellowstone

The weekend before school, we decided to rent a cabin for the weekend in Island Park and spend a few days relaxing. I had plans for a bunch of things to do, but a lot of it ended up not happening (do to poor planning on my part, like not getting tickets soon enough for the Playmill). But we had fun being outdoors, going to the Bear and Wolf Discovery Center, walking around West Yellowstone stopping in all the shops (especially the candy store) and being together as a family.

There was wolf named McKinley, so that was pretty cool

Fire Sunset

William ran inside one evening and told me I had to come out and see the fire in the sky. Apparently the sun set looked like fire to him, so I had to get a picture.
