Eclipse

We were lucky enough to live in an area that the eclipse was passing over, giving us 100% totality. I was excited to see it but not really expecting much. It was a super cool experience though, one that’s hard to explain. Everything got so calm and eerie as the sky got darker and darker. Then the total eclipse itself was amazing, taking off our glasses and looking up at the sun. An experience we won’t soon forget.

Sun was starting to become covered.

Bear Lake fun

In the Paris Tabernacle. We were going to go to Bear Lake the first day but it was too crowded. This mean we had some time to kill, so we stopped here and looked around.

Park City

This year is our 10 year anniversary, so we wanted to do something to celebrate. Jill volunteered to watch our kids so we went down to Utah and took a few days to relax in Park City (we also get to go to Puerto Rico the end of August, but didn’t know that until after we booked this trip). Before we left, we got a chance to see Jason and his family, which was great.
