Last months Pack Meeting was a carnival, which the kids loved. They had a bunch of different games to play and if you played them all, you got some popcorn and cotton candy.

We had a good Easter this year. We started with a Easter egg hunt at Taylor park. There was a decent amount of people but nothing as crazy as the city hunts, so that’s good. They had it separated into various age groups as well, which made it nicer. It was sunny but really cold, but the kids loved it.
Then we spent the day at the Gregory’s, having lunch, dyeing Easter eggs and doing another Easter egg hunt. The kids got pretty spoiled with all the candy they got.

We celebrated Samuel’s birthday a week early, since we had some family in town and figured he wouldn’t know the difference. Kryssi made him his own little smash cake, which he sort of ate some but mostly just made a mess.

Both McKinley and Lucas just got done with basketball for the year. They both enjoyed it and both did really good, especially as the season progressed.

We didn’t do much for Valentines Day this year, but McKinley wanted to have fondue after dinner (traditional Papa Murphy’s heart pizza). We don’t have any sort of fondue set, so Kryssi just melted a few types of chocolate in jars in the crockpot.

My parents sent a few things home with Kaitlin when she was there for Christmas, and she sent them along to us. The kids were super excited to see what they got.
