Flooring is mostly finished (just stairs left). Counters finished and lots of finish electrical, plumbing and HVAC work.

Flooring is finally getting started! Tile in the master bathroom is progressing and got most of the other vinyl flooring installed and started on the laminate flooring.

Concrete poured for front porch, garage steps and back steps. Work started on the rock on the outside of the house. More electrical work done.

Cabinets are in and most of the countertops are in.

Finish electric was started and mostly finished. Most light fixtures installed, both inside and out. Tile started in the master bath.

Siding is now done. We went with a light gray color for most of the house and a darker red color in the eaves. The bottom third on the front will be rock veneer, which hopefully will be installed here soon.

Also got paint done! Our painters used Sherwin-Williams paint and we went with Extra White for ceiling and trim and did Agreeable Gray for most everywhere else (besides our theater room which we did some shade of red).

We also got our gas line run finally (though still need to get the meter hooked up).

Now that trim is done, paint is next. Painters have been here a couple days getting prep work done; getting windows covered and nail holes filled in. And getting stain on our stair rails. Also got more siding done, hoping that will be finished end of next week.

Trim is now done. Shelving in closets and pantry is done. Lockers/cubbies in mudroom are done. And stair railing is done.

Garage doors installed and sheetrock is all taped and textured. Took a bit longer than it should have because we don’t have gas lines run yet, so no central heat. We had quite a few space heaters in the house trying to keep it warm but still took longer for things to dry.
